About Video

This video clip an apical long-axis (three-chamber) view of the left ventricle, showing the anteroseptal and inferolateral walls of the left ventricle. Note the similarity to cross-section anatomy seen in the parasternal long-axis view. In the apical window, the apical segments of the ventricle are not obscured by rib shadowing, as they are in the parasternal window.
