This video clip showing two-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography of right atrial myxoma. Arrow points to a huge right atrial (RA) myxoma attached to the atrial septum. Echolucencies are seen within the tumor consistent with hemorrhage. The linear structure in the RA represents the Eustachian valve. (LA: Left atrium; LV: Left ventricle; RV: Right ventricle).
