This video clip color M-mode examination shows mosaic signals in the RA throughout systole indicating pansystolic TR. During diastole, the red signals below the TV represent right atrial flow, while blue signals in front of the TV represent pulmonary regurgitant flow moving toward the RV inflow in this patient.
