This video clip two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography baseline modified four-chamber view shows Loeffler’s endocarditis. Arrowhead shows marked thickening of the tricuspid valve (TV). The arrow points to a large mass in the right ventricular (RV) apex. A small pericardial effusion (PE) is also noted.
