This video clip two dimensional echocardiogram, apical 4-chamber view, RV aligned in a patient with documented arrhythmogenic RV dysplasia/cardiomyopathy. Note the markedly dilated RV, global RV systolic dysfunction, and extensive focal aneurysms (arrows)—the largest (lower arrow) noted in the RV inflow region and extending beyond the tricuspid annular plane adjacent to the right atrium.
