The right ventricle (RV) is the anterior chamber and its outflow is seen wrapping around the left ventricle in a relatively oblong manner. The PV and main pulmonary artery (MPA) are seen in this image. The aortic valve is seen at the crux of the heart at the same level as the PV and is marked as X in this video.
