This video clip demonstrates step by step surgical technique of small incision lenticule extraction (4 mm cap side-cut). This video shows ideal cap side-cut width for beginners and ideal cap side-cut width for beginners. Two separate zones for anterior and posterior separation can be created. Open side cut anteriorly in left side, posteriorly in right side: easy identification of correct dissection plane, easy dissection and less stress on side cut incisions. Minimize incidence of lenticule mis-dissection and cap-lenticular adhesions.
