This video demonstrates thin-flap LASIK as retreatment after small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE). This video is superior hinge-based flap in a case of intraoperative suction loss. Superior hinge was selected since suction loss occurred before creation of side cut; and nasal hinge-based flap in a case of post-SMILE retreatment. Previous superior side cut is visible with localized scarring.
