The designed and the height of the table place key role in performance of the smooth laparoscopic surgical procedure. The height of the table should be below the level of the surgeon’s waist. When table below the waist level both shoulders are relaxed. Muscles of forearm should work while inserting the primary trocar. Table height above the waist muscles of arm and neck will have to work. Shoulder are relaxed in physiological position as the height of the table reduces. Both arms and forearms work in comfortable manner. Falcrum is placed at the center of the table. Allen type padded stirrups are preffered for comfortable position of the patient. Surgeon’s shoulders are relaxed while forearms are working.
