This video showing internal limiting membrane peeling in optic disc pit. Optic disc pits are congenital localized excavations present commonly on the inferotemporal aspect of the optic disc. Optic nerve pits are often asymptomatic and only when macular involvement is observed in the form of macular schisis, neurosensory detachment, outer or inner lamellar holes does vision drop and central blurring of vision occurs necessitating treatment in about 25% to 75% of eyes
