Two firm sinechia are seen across the uterine corpus (10 seconds – 40 seconds). During the diagnostic hysteroscopy they are cut with the endoscopic semirrigid scissors (1 minute – 1 minute and 40 seconds). The attachment areas are then resected and removed (2 minutes – 2 minutes and 40 seconds).
