Diagnostic and Operative Hysteroscopy

The IUD is located in the uterine fundus, displaced and with the strings up in the sleeves (15 seconds – 35 seconds). The 5 French endoscopic grasper is introduced through the working channel and the frame is firmly hold (40 seconds – 1 seconds). The hysteroscope is withdrawn slowly, along with the graspers and the IUD (1 minute 5 seconds – 1 minute 15 seconds). When the tension exerted is excessive, the IUD come off and the grasper must be repositioned (1 minute 20 seconds – 1 minute 30 seconds). The IUD is extracted (1 minute 40 seconds – 2 minutes).
