Obturator neuralgia is a rare complication of suburethral sling placement but it normally associated with transobturator (TOT) slings. In this video present a patient with a case of obturator neuralgia and gait disturbance after a Tension-free Vaginal Tape (TVT) type retropubic sling. The patient’s condition was remedied after complete TVT removal using combined vaginal and laparoscopic approach. This video describes: (i) present an extremely rare complication of TVT retropubic slings, (ii) present symptoms and signs of obturator nerve compression, (iii) Show the normal and the actual position of this patient’s TVT sling, (iv) describe the laparoscopic removal of the TVT sling, (v) As well as present the postoperative course and resolution of the patient’s pain.
