This video demonstrates robotic appendicectomy: management of acute appendicitis. This is a case of a 32 years-old patient present complaints recurrent pain abdomen. Ultrasonography shows acute appendicitis. Preoperative diagnosis: acute appendicitis. Port placement: Patient laid supine position under GA. Three port docking of 4 arm daVinci robot was done. Two 8 mm mm ports except camera port which is 12 mm is used. Surgical procedure: The appendix was visualized and retracted by atraumatic grasper of left iliac fossa. The right hypochondriac bipolar was used to dissect the mesoappendix. The intracorporeal surgeons knot was tied over the base of appendix and daVinci EndoWrist scissor was used to dissect the appendix. Appendix was removed from right hypochondriac port de-docking of daVinci robot was done. Rectus of umbilical port was closed by 2-0 vicryl.
