This video shows vitreomacular traction: release of VMT by bent 24 G needle-OCT PRE/POST. In case of diabetic taut posterior hyaloid with multifocal vitreomacular traction on 3D OCT, a bent 24G needle helps to tear the TA-stained posterior hyaloid face followed by its removal by end grasping forceps and then by cutter suction.
