About Video

In a case of diabetic thick posterior hyaloid with macular tractional detachment, after TA-stained PVD induction done, trypan blue dye injected to stain ERM. After ERM removal, BBG dye injected to stain ILM. As ILM was already removed along with ERM, residual ILM was also removed. Postoperatively macula TRD settled.
