In chronic diabetic macular edema cases, macular hole formation can occur. Many times, associated ERM is present. Steps of surgery: In case of diabetic macular hole, after completing vitrectomy TA-stained vitreoschisis was removed. Associated ERM stained with trypan blue also removed. Then BBG dye applied in saline and dye-stained ILM peeled followed by fluid-air exchange and Long-acting gas C3F8 injection done.
