After core and peripheral vitrectomy, triamcinolone acetonide particles have to be injected to stain posterior vitreous face. Now one can use suction of the cutter to separate the posterior vitreous face from the detached retina. This posterior vitreous detachment should start from the posterior pole then towards periphery. This process should be continued till the periphery.
