This video is a case of iridofundal coloboma with total retinal detachment. Fundal coloboma involved both optic disc and macula. TA stained vitrectomy done. Vitreous base excision done. A lattice with tears detected at superotemporal periphery. PFCL injected to drain SRF through the holes. Fluid-air exchange performed to drain peripheral SRF. PFCL removed. Laser done around the breaks, at the margin as well as 360° periphery and silicone oil has to be used for tamponade.
