About Video

This video is a case of post-traumatic giant retinal tear with posterior extension with minimal partial retinal detachment. Vitrectomy was done and irregular margin of the giant retinal tear trimmed. Vitreous base excision done especially the cornus and fluid air exchange done to drain the subretinal fluid surrounding the giant retinal tear margin. Laser done at the margin of giant retinal tear and 360 degree periphery.
