Giant retinal tear (GRT) with inverted flap with total RD then GRT flap lifted up passively with silicone-tipped flute needle and PFCL injected to settle the retina. Fluid-air exchange performed and laser barrage was done at the margin of GRT extending up to periphery as well as 360° periphery. As nasal margin of GRT sagged down, more PFCL is injected. Laser completed. PFCL-silicone oil exchange done, injecting silicone oil in left hand and removing PFCL with right hand. Last drop of PFCL removed.
