This video showing the steps of bimanual surgeries for peripheral vitreous dissection and use two Chandelier light sources. Peripheral vitreous fibrils around the lattices and HSTs can be dissected more carefully without any additional break formation. To use two chandelier light sources: One can use two chandelier lights to improve illumination and to avoid instrument shadows. Peripheral tissue dissections are easier with more diffuse uniform illumination.
