About Video

This video demonstrates steps of epiretinal membrane removal surgery. Vitrectomy followed by triamcinolone acetonide assisted PVD induction. Fluid-air exchange and trypan blue dye application under air. This video shows dye-stained epiretinal membrane removal with end grasping forceps after washing out the dye; brilliant blue G application in water; and dye-assisted internal limiting membrane removal with forceps. Complete or partial fluid air exchange.
