This video showing managing complications after cataract surgeries. There was capsular remnant with retained cortical materials. Anterior vitrectomy was done first. Retained cortical materials were removed. Vitrectomy was started and posterior polar cataract was well-visualized on the back surface of dropped cortex chunk and lensectomy was done. Triamcinolone-assisted PVD induction was done and residual vitrectomy was completed. Vitreous base was checked and viscoelastic injected underneath the iris to expand the sulcus. Now foldable multipiece IOL was placed in sulcus over the intact rim of anterior capsulorrhexis.
