This animation video presents 23G trocar-cannula complex introduced obliquely 10 to 15 mm posterior to the limbus into suprachoroidal space according to the maximum height of elevation on USG and trocar removed to drain blood. 23G vitrectomy done and heavy fluid PFCL injected to push suprachoroidal hematoma from inside. IOP was kept high. External passively blood drainage through 23G cannula was possible in a sutureless way. Multiple 23G sclerotomies made for more complete removal of suprachoroidal hemorrhage.
