This video demonstrates a case of postcataract surgery suprachoroidal hemorrhage, anterior chamber maintainer used initially as infusion. Then a 23G trocar-cannula complex was introduced obliquely into suprachoroidal space according to the maximum height of suprachoroidal blood and trocar blade removed to drain blood partially. Multiple sutureless sclerotomies made. Then three pars plan ports placed. PFCL injected and higher intravitreal pressure kept high. Multiple sutureless sclerotomies made for more complete external drainage of blood smoothly aided by the pushing effect of PFCL from inside. Silicone oil used for constant endotamponade.
