This video demonstrates surgery for complex diabetic detachment. 27-G ports placed. A 25-G Chandelier light used as fourth port. It was a case of advanced PDR. TA assisted vitrectomy completed. Membrane dissection started bimanually. One edge of membrane held with ILM forceps and segmentation done with cutter. Membrane delamination done. All bleeders cauterized and laser done. Fluid-air exchange done and long-acting gas injected.
