This video demonstrates a case of vitritis with mid peripheral retinal granuloma, presumed to be ocular toxocariasis. Vitrectomy done and vitreous around the granuloma removed. Granuloma very firmly attached to the underlying retina and it was separated bimanually by a forceps and cutter cutting from the base of granuloma. Granuloma removed by cutter. Peripheral vitreous removed. Triamcinolone stained vitreoschisis membrane removed. Fluid air exchange done and subretinal fluid around the retinal break aspirated. Laser done around the break and case ended with SF6 gas injection in iso-expansile concentration.
