This video demonstrates a case of vitritis with inferior vitreous band with inferior peripheral granuloma with macular tractional fold, presumed to be a case of intraocular toxocariasis. Vitrectomy started and inferior vitreous band. Vitrectomy completed. Triamcinolone acetonide injected and vitreous-based excision done. Peripapillary membrane with macular extension removed with end grasping forceps from folded macula. Oozing from the disk secured by keeping the IOP high. Fluid-air exchange done. Postoperative case with unfolding of macula.
