This video demonstrates a case of postvitrectomy advanced emulsification of silicone oil with anterior chamber full of emulsified silicone oil. Silicone oil particles removed by introducing metallic end of infusion tip as an anterior chamber maintainer. Infusion cannula placed. Silicone oil removed using active suction. Residual silicone oil particles removed by passive suction of back flush needle. Fluid air exchange started keeping tip of back flush needle just at the surface of fluid surface as residual silicone oil particles mostly stay at the surface of saline. Complete fluid air exchange done.
