This video demonstrates a case of combined phacoemulsification with ERM removal. Posterior chamber IOL implanted and trypan blue stain ERM removed. But just after injecting Brilliant Blue dye, prolapse of iris tissue seen through the phaco main wound. Prolapsed iris repositioned again and proceeded for peeling ILM.
