Sometimes bleeding from the optic nerve head, especially after removal of neovascular tissue in PDR, can be stopped by applying triamcinolone particles over the disk directly or under air. Case ended up after fluid air exchange. Postoperatively triamcinolone acetonide mixed blood clot resolves slowly.
