This video demonstrates a case of recurrent retinal detachment. Silicone oil was removed. There was ERM formation with reopening of inferior large break. Margin of the break was cauterized. Membranes from the margins were removed. Thick ERM from the inferior detached retina was removed. Fluid-air exchange was performed to settle the retina. Laser barrage was done at the margin of the break as well as 360° periphery. Silicone oil was injected at the end of the surgery.
