Margin of the break was cauterized. Membranes from the margins were removed. Thick ERM from the inferior detached retina was removed. Fluid-air exchange was performed to settle the retina. Laser barrage was done at the margin of the break as well as 360° periphery. Silicone oil was injected at the end of the surgery.
