Interesting Cases in Echocardiography
by Navin C NandaMultiplane transesophageal echocardiography with (right) and without (left) color flow images at 0, 64 and 180 degrees. A curved and dilated (diameter > 1 cm) coronary artery fistula adjacent to the right atrium and aorta was seen. Cut sections of the fistula (arrows) are shown. This curved coronary artery fistula encircled a round shaped vessel, which eventually was found to be a part of the same coronary artery fistula.
