This video clip showing apical five-chamber view. The vessel arising from the left ventricle is the pulmonary artery, because it bifurcates into its two branches. Pulmonary regurgitation was also noted. The pulmonary artery arises rightward and posterior to the aorta (D-transposition of great arteries).
