About Video

A 23-year-old male presented with early onset progressive muscular weakness. His father and maternal grandfather suffered from similar illness. Identify the sign demonstrated in the video. In this condition, the bulk of the deltoid and forearm muscles are preserved, while biceps and triceps are wasted. As a result the limb looks like a Popeye. Riding of the scapulae above is known as ‘Chicken wing sign’.
