Identify the sign demonstrated in the video of patient with hereditary spastic paraplegia. It is seen in pyramidal lesions above L2. It is normally seen in infants. Sometimes, it can be obtained by tapping on the spinous process of lumbar or sacral vertebra (spinal adductor reflex) or by tapping the crest of superior spine of the ileum.
