About Video

This 30-year-male presented with sequential bilateral upper limb (C8, T1 > C5, 6, 7) pure motor weakness and wasting since 3 years, with tremors in both hands. Identify the sign demonstrated in the video. This is caused by fasciculations of the small hand muscles in chronic anterior horn cell disease, like amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Spinal muscular atrophy causes small amplitude subtle finger twitches which are not real myoclonus.
