Right sided lower motor facial palsy. On command, there is incomplete closure of the right eye with Bell’s phenomenon, the right nasolabial furrow is obliterated, and there is deviation of the angle of the mouth to the left side, while asked to show her teeth. On looking up, there is absence of furrows over the right side of the forehead, suggesting lower motor palsy of the facial nerve. On testing the corneal reflex, the right eyes does not close promptly when either the right cornea or the left cornea is stimulated. The left eye closes smartly in both the occasions. This suggests an efferent defect, that is facial palsy in the right side.
