Opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome is an immunological entity that often accompanies some malignant tumors and in children it is a complication of neuroblastoma (Kinsbourne syndrome). It may occasionally follow viral exanthematous illness, caused by Coxsackie virus B3 or St. Louis encephalitis virus. It is often referred to as ‘dancing eyes dancing feet syndrome’.
