After recovery, he developed choreoathetotic movements in the left extremities, more in the upper limb, which increased on multiple task. The condition responds to tetrebenazine. The patient in the second clip shows identical movements following infarction in the contralateral putamen. He also has ballistic movements in the lower limb, a rather common situation after putaminal infarct.
