The neck is often thrust back, and often there is sudden flexion of the neck. These are positive and negative myoclonus. Also note the inappropriate vacuous smile and eyebrow raising sign Myoclonus is not one of the commonest movement disorders in Wilson’ disease, commoner ones being tremor and dystonia, and Parkinsonism. Negative myoclonus is even rarer.
