This video showing apical 4 chamber view of normal LV size, mild LVH, severe LV dysfunction (LVEF = 20%), normal RV size, severe RV systolic dysfunction, bi-atria enlargement, large LA clot, mild pericardial effusion around RA; parasternal short axis view, tricuspid and thickened AV leaflets, no aortic stenosis, both atria enlargement, large left atrial clot; apical 3 chamber view, normal LV size, mild LVH, severe LV dysfunction (LVEF = 20%), LAE, large LA clot; parasternal long axis view, normal LV size, mild LVH, severe LV dysfunction (LVEF = 20%); severe RV systolic dysfunction, TAPSE= 0.65 cm (very reduced, normal value > 1.6 cm, reference: ASE RV function guideline); TRG = 40 mmHg; severe LV diastolic dysfunction; E/A = 2.7, short deceleration time; IVC plethora, with TRG = 40 mmHg there is moderate to severe PAH (PAP = 55-60 mmHg) and prominent diastolic flow reversal in hepatic vein (color flow).
