Non-Umbilical Laparoscopic Entry Ports
by Nutan JainIn this video primary port (5 mm) is placed through Jain point. Secondary port (10 mm) is placed higher up under vision of primary port depending upon the pathology. Another port (5 mm) is placed in left lower quadrant 2.5 cm medial to ASIS. We place another port (5 mm) for assistant in right lower quadrant and since the surgery needs more manipulation—traction we place another paraumbilical port in right side almost mirror image of Jain point.
